Return & Refund Policy

Print Care Solution offers a 30-day return policy on all purchases. If your product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

To start a return, please contact our customer support team:

  1. Contact us at support@printcaresolution.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided in your RMA instructions
  5. Keep your tracking number for your records

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage upon arrival, or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind or other customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damage if possible.
